This piece is inspired by the quiet beauty of a blue sky and drifting clounds. Blue has always been my favourite colour. Especially in combination with white.
The palette is minimal, but the subtle shifts in tone create a sense of depth and atmosphere.
Each piece of paper is cut and folded by hand and catches the light differently, creating a surface that changes as you move past it.
Materials: Reclaimed paper-based paint swatches and color fan decks on a cardboard substrate
